The entryway is notorious for a mess of shoes, keys, bags, etc. Try adding a small bench for people to sit while taking off their shoes. Underneath the bench add a small mat or shoe holder to organize the floor area. Next, try adding some hooks for keys, bags, coats, etc. Spruce up the space with a mirror, plant, runner, and decorative pillow.
