Decorate your entryway
No need to go overboard, but a few decorations will let people know that you're excited about the
holiday! Some simple decorations are pumpkins, spider webs, lanterns, etc.
Light the way
Try to avoid any accidents by lighting the pathway for the trick-or-treaters. Keep your porch light
on and add some extra lighting with lanterns or string lights!
Remove any valuables or tripping hazards
It may be a good idea to move any valuable pots or decor to another area just in case. It's also
important to clear any tripping hazards (sticks, roots, decor) out of the way.
